"I had fun joking with the guys today. They noticed I was carrying a purple bag from a local competitor. That would not do they laughed! So they set me up with some cool new bags and tossed the purple one into the trash. They also gave me $20 off for being a longtime customer and a good sport! I have been very satisfied with their service for a long time."
